Enterprise Solution Architect

The Enterprise Solution Architect will work with the Plative sales organization to analyze technologies and strategies to help our client's business goals. Leveraging industry and technical expertise, the Enterprise Solution Architect will gather requirements, design solutions, create demonstrations, and help craft detailed proposals. Additionally, the Solution Architect will act as a liaison between Plative Account Executives, Project Managers, and client stakeholders to articulate technical and business requirements in order to build a roadmap for customer success.  

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead business discussions and alignments with business stakeholders to advise on required products
  • Design, and deliver inspirational demonstrations to prospective and existing customers
  • Subject matter expert in one or more categories that may include: business strategy, application architecture, data & information, integration, security, cloud computing, technology, distributed platforms, mobile, and analytics
  • Optimize solutions through an understanding of business needs and technology capabilities
  • Lead business discussions and alignments with business stakeholders to advise on required products
  • Is able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/consensus building skills, and interact with executive-level project sponsors
  • Guide and support team across multiple client engagements by providing technical thought leadership and guide team on standard methodologies for design & development.
  • Perform requirement analysis for new and existing customers ensuring their needs are met in the sales process

 

Desired Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience identifying and documenting business process requirements, developing process flow analysis, data modeling, functional design experience, and creating project plans
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems, incorporating best practices
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Experience designing, building, and customizing solutions for Salesforce and/or Netsuite, plus one or more of the following platforms: AWS, Azure, Heroku, and Google Cloud. 
  • Experience with enterprise BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QLIK, Domo, etc..) 
  • Experience designing, building, or customizing Data Lakes & Warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, Azure SQL, BigQuery, etc..) 
  • Experience designing, building, or customizing integrations leveraging enterprise ETL(SSIS, Data Factory, Talend, Informatica) & iPaaS tools (Mulesoft, Boomi, Celigo, Jitterbit, etc..) 
  • Strong business processes, process documentation, and process improvement skills
  • Solid presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to influence others to successfully increase deal size and accelerate the buying process
  • Infrequent travel may be required
