Field Service Lightning Associate Director

Job Description:

This is a ground floor opportunity as our first director-level hire in the Field Service Lightning practice. You will be working alongside a team of highly experienced Salesforce Consultants and business development professionals to develop and deliver on a strong pipeline of Salesforce FSL projects as well as being tasked with building out a team of FSL Consultants who will report directly into you. You will provide technical expertise to a dynamic leadership team to deliver Salesforce FSL solutions to industry-leading clients.

 

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Provide FSL solution options/alternatives to businesses 
  • Translate FSL business requirements to technical specifications
  • Provide guidance on all phases of the software development lifecycle and the impact of FSL
  • Liaise with clients on an ongoing basis to maintain and develop the business relationship, ensure satisfaction with services provided, and identify opportunities for further growth
  • Participate in sessions with Salesforce.com customers and other team members to understand business requirements and business processes
  • Document detailed business, functional and technical requirements
  • Lead technical project delivery and build components as necessary
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of complex solutions to multiple clients
  • Configure and customize Salesforce.com Sales and Service applications
  • Configure Salesforce.com and related third party applications
  • Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy
  • This position entails minimal travel and occasional presence at clients’ sites

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years working on the Salesforce FSL platform
  • 3+ years Salesforce experience within a consulting environment, specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud 
  • Experience working with a enterprise level Field Service Management system
  • A thorough understanding of service and field service practices and KPIs
  • 2+ years industry-specific experience (Non-Profit, Financial Services, Manufacturing/WD or High-Tech)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant Certification

  • In-depth technical backend knowledge of the Salesforce platform
  • Desire to quickly advance your career and skill sets
  • Delivered numerous complex Salesforce projects
