IT Manager




  • Assess the organization and advise an IT strategy that is scalable
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day IT responsibilities
    • Install and configure software and computer systems.
    • Deprovision and provision system access
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
    • Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems across all Plative systems and platforms.
    • Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems
    • Handle equipment management process
  • Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
  • Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
  • Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
  • Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business.
  • Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.


  • 3+ years of experience in the IT space
  • Experience using Google Business Suite and Microsoft products
  • Strong sense of urgency and process orientation; ability to execute quickly and efficiently, and manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to effectively manage administrative processes and tasks in a timely and organized fashion with outstanding follow-through
  • Proven ability to form and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers and company leadership
