Job Description:

Plative is in hyper-growth mode and we're looking to expand our Talent Acquisition Team with an energetic, driven, tech savvy Recruiter.

You will be supporting the Talent Acquisition team in ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience with prompt coordination, a strong sense of urgency and bringing a methodical, yet creative approach to sourcing A-Player talent in a niche, competitive market. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will have an ability to take initiative and handle many competing priorities at any given time. A strong ability to multi-task and coordinate will ensure your success in this multifaceted role.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Directly sourcing candidates and building out healthy pipelines for open roles, particularly in the Salesforce and Netsuite space
  • Establishing a strong rapport with prospective candidates and accurately representing Plative's mission and values
  • Managing the entire full-cycle recruitment process from making initial contact, scheduling interviews, establishing new open job requisitions to extending offers, negotiating and completing background checks
  • Collaborating with all internal stakeholders and hiring managers about open requisitions, hiring strategies and overall company goals
  • Continuously monitoring and revamping the interview process to improve the candidate experience and internal hiring efficiency
  • Initiating new recruitment strategies to attract talent via LinkedIn, Glassdoor, company careers website and other avenues
  • Maintaining and building relationships with external staffing agency contacts


  • 3-5 years experience in full life cycle recruiting
  • 1+ years recruiting for a professional services/technology consulting firm
  • 1+ years recruiting for CRM/ERP-based roles (Salesforce or Netsuite preferred)
  • Experience working with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheets), Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Zoom
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer knowledge and skills.
