Revenue Operations Manager

As a Revenue Operations Lead, you will report directly to the CRO and partner with the Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance teams to drive revenue, develop and execute sales enablement strategy, uncover and report on sales/account insights, and manage tools and processes to drive revenue at Plative.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in all facets of sales planning, including headcount, quota plan, territory plan, and Go-To-Market strategies and in coordination with Finance to hit company goals.
  • Provide insights and analytics using Salesforce and Tableau along with tactical guidance to leadership with the intended outcomes of increasing close rates, lowering average # days to close, and increasing average ticket.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact the company’s growth trajectory.
  • Assist in the development, distribution, and management of sales variable compensation / commission plans.
  • Own and maintain sales content library including slide decks, project scoping materials, customer story repository, and other sales collateral.
  • Own handoff processes across sales to delivery to ensure efficiency across functions and set our projects up for success.
  • Own and collaborate with business leaders to put together a sales enablement curriculum including new sales team member onboarding and ongoing enablement and coaching.

Minimum requirements:

  • 3+ years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience.
  • 2+ years of Tableau or relevant business intelligence tool experience.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills (sumifs, index/match, formulas, pivot tables)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can hold a meeting with directors and VPs and C level executives.
  • Proven ability to be successful in a complex, fast-paced environment, planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
  • Salesforce configuration experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce administrator certification
  • Outreach.io administration experience
  • ZoomInfo administration experience
  • Experience as a project manager or consultant a plus
