Job Description:


Plative is changing the game, and we need the best and brightest talent to do it. That is where you come in. We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial individual to lead our talent acquisition efforts globally as well as work directly alongside our executive leadership team to streamline the recruiting process and define our recruiting strategy by region, and by role.


This individual will be tasked with managing team members and continuing to build out a recruiting team over time that can manage cross-functional recruiting across our different business units along with the responsibilities listed below:



  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for CRM and Oracle NetSuite ERP functional, technical, and sales roles across the USA, Canada, India and the Philippines
  • Manage and ensure the efficiency of the recruiting process and life-cycle including assessments, interviews, offers, and initial onboarding of new talent.
  • Leverage the use of technology and our own applicant tracking system built on
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party talent agencies
  • Effectively interact with candidates and demonstrate the core differentiators, vision, mission, and values of Plative
  • Provide market insight and come to the table with informed perspectives on issues such as industry factors, salary negotiations, time off, and other compensation factors.
  • Identify where training needs exist within the Plative team to ensure that we are delivering an excellent candidate experience
  • Maintain a pipeline of roles by the department, and regularly provide updates to Plative executive leadership
  • Develop and oversee a global team of recruiters and coordinators


Required Experience and skills:

  • 5-8 years experience in full life cycle recruiting
  • 3+ years in ecosystem recruiting or within technology consulting (professional services)
  • 2+ years managing an individual or team
  • Working knowledge of core value propositions and the surrounding ecosystem
  • Social recruiting – leveraging LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other social media mediums to attract top talent
  • Strong project management experience
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Customer focused – obsessed with providing the best candidate experience possible
  • Analytical and able to analyze trends to identify gaps and bottlenecks in the processes
