Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our expanding Salesforce recruitment team. This person will be responsible for recruiting a wide range of talent within the business, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and managing all aspects of the client experience, as well as the recruitment process.

 

Specific responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Proactively identifying new candidates in the Salesforce ecosystem for our growing markets
  • Restructuring components of client experience and interview process to be more efficient and productive
  • Full-cycle recruiting for a range of SAAS roles
  • Negotiating and closing candidates
  • Online research, and prospecting through various channels to generate pipeline of candidates
  • Engaging with the business and current employees to help drive employee referrals
  • Networking with current employees to broaden our knowledge of "top talent"
  • Managing weekly candidate tracking and reporting
  • Updating internal applicant tracking system (Salesforce.com) with candidate information
  • Partnering with other departments, as needed

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience as a Technical Recruiter ideally in an enterprise software company
  • Proven track record sourcing, interviewing, and attracting passive candidates using Linkedin Recruiter and other sources
  • Ability to articulate the GSD value proposition and story to candidates
  • Experience partnering with and influencing Senior Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Strong ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
  • Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience generating and update weekly recruitment reports
  • Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies
