Alpine Corporate Development Associates tasked with outreach to practices of interest were tracking all communications and targets within disparate systems: spreadsheets, Notion.io, and email.


Plative implemented a CRM system used to track deal flow, companies or physician groups of interest, centralize communications, and track activities of corporate development associates. This CRM solution will also be integrated with third party external databases which aggregate key data that is used daily by the Alpine team to identify targets for acquisition.


Alpine is now able to track deal flow and outreach practices. They also have a centralized source of communications and development. They have a single source of truth within the organization that is able to scale with their business.
