Business Case

Red Stone was using Smartsheet and proprietary back-end systems for managing acquisitions, asset management, development, and project management. They were looking for a central source of truth for all business processes and eliminating the use of disparate systems. 



Red Stone turned to Salesforce and Plative to implement Salesforce Sales Cloud. This allowed them to streamline processes across acquisitions, development, and asset management with respect to managing acquisitions pipelines, project tracking, investors, funds, and marketing initiatives. Nintex was implemented as a simple, automated document generation tool for investor reports and pitch decks. Plative also built a custom integration with their backend system. 



Salesforce provided a clean line of sight into regional performance across various geographies and improved communication and collaboration within business development, acquisitions, and investor relations. It streamlined and automated business processes and created a central source of truth for all their data.
